This locomotive is a month away from being fifty years old. 37521 looks very careworn & is up for sale, she is seen stabled at Barrow Hill near Chesterfield 02 February.
Crompton 33108 is seen inside the roundhouse, having its batteries charged. Thanks for the lights & headcode gents.
20107 in all her glory. The yellow box on the bogie is the Tripcock equipment for working on LT lines.
A very faded 37521 taken from a low angle with a dramatic sky. I have to say I do like this shot. I understand that she was started up for the first time the previous week so lets hope she has a secure future.
ETH tractor 37401 awaits her fate in Barrow Hill yard. Note the horns mounted on the bonnet, this was done for a proposed Sandite contract that did not happen.
56006 gleams in the sun at Barrow Hill yard after group members gave her a good polish. After securing her for preservation a lot of work has been done to prep her for filling with fluids in the near future, I wish all every success.
